The Odd Fellows Building, located at 131 N. Main Street, Monticello, Indiana, is a beautifully restored historic venue overlooking the heart of town. The space is available for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and community events in a classic downtown setting. 

The entire building, including the rooftop terrace, is available for rent, or you may reserve the first floor only for smaller gatherings. 

• Full Building Rental (includes 1st & 2nd floors and Rooftop Terrace): $2,500 per event
• First Floor Only: Rates vary based on the number of guests, event type, and duration. Please contact us for a customized quote.

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to confirm your date. 

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance due. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your event, as outlined in your rental agreement. 

Yes. The Odd Fellows Building does not provide catering services.

Yes. All alcohol must be purchased from and served by your approved caterers' licensed bartenders or through a licensed mobile bar service. No outside alcohol may be brought in, and underage drinking is strictly prohibited. 

Yes, but decorations must follow our guidelines:

• Use removable adhesive strips only (no nails, tacks, or tape)
• No glitter, confetti, bubbles, rice, or birdseed
• Only flameless candles are allowed for safety
• All décor must be removed after the event.

No. Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is prohibited inside the building. Hosts are responsible for keeping outdoor areas free of cigarette debris. 

• Tables and chairs (to accommodate up to 225 guests on the main floor and/or 100 guests on the second floor)
• 2 bar areas with refrigeration
• Prep kitchen with warmers, cool storage, and prep tables
• Trash cans, coat racks, and restrooms
• Wi-Fi access
• Rooftop access (for full building rentals only)
• Early access to the building for set-up 
• Flexible event end times
